A Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant, Virti brings over a decade of experience across Indian and U.S. public accounting, spanning audit, assurance, tax and advisory work.
In 2022, she founded VSCPA to help U.S. CPA and accounting firms add dependable capacity without losing visibility or control, building the firm around a simple principle: offshore support should fit a firm's standards, not strain them.
Before founding VSCPA, Virti gained professional experience at Citrin Cooperman across audit, assurance, tax and advisory engagements in a U.S. public-accounting environment. That work gave her a first-hand understanding of the documentation standards, review expectations and client-service responsibilities that quality CPA firms rely on, and a clear view of what separates support that helps from support that hinders.
Accounting has long been part of Virti's story. She was inspired by her father, a Chartered Accountant of more than 25 years, whose example shaped the firm's emphasis on ethics, accountability and long-term professional relationships. Today, she leads VSCPA's client relationships, service delivery and the professional standards the team is held to.
